This cheerful house needed a landscape to match. The design features a meandering decomposed granite path that incorporates small boulders, grasses, bulbs, and perennials that add texture, color, and interest. The path connects the front yard to the back yard through a charming pre-existing arched rose-covered trellis, and leads to an existing concrete patio. In the back, a corrugated metal seat wall/retaining wall was added to provide additional seating. A multi-trunk fruitless olive tree anchors the corner of the yard.
